Are the items in stock?
Yes, items listed on our website are stock in our warehouse (except for preorder items) and are ready to be shipped out upon order confirmation and payment by our customer.

Can you do customization/ change of bundle configuration?
Yes you can change the number of pillow and bolster cases in the sheets set by writing a request in the message box at the checkout page.

How do I know if the sheets fits my bed?
You can refer to our size chart in the product page itself or you can also measure and send us the dimension of your bed in the following order (Length x Width x Height) so that we can advise you on the fit.

How do I wash and care for my bedsheets?

Is it safe to input our personal details into your website?
Bedtribe is totally committed to protecting the privacy of each and every of our site visitors and customers. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose information to any other third parties except when necessary. (eg to our courier for dispatching of your parcel)
